Every year, ROTOMOD processes 900 tonnes of polyethylene.

For 25 years, ROTOMOD has been involved in the recycling of surplus production, collected by local partner companies.

ROTOMOD eco-commitment

The actions undertaken by ROTOMOD are manifold.

INDUSTRIAL ECO-RESPONSIBILITY

Recovering plastic packaging, cardboard and metals.

Management of production waste: installation of a shredder in 2018 at the Bon Encontre site.

Sorting, cutting and grinding of polyethylene. The shredded material is then processed by a specialized company and returned in micronized form. 160 tons of PE regenerated since the tool was installed.

Collection of end-of-life boats: end 2019

Communication to business customers of ROTOMOD's ability to collect and recycle old kayaks and canoes. 150 boats collected, representing 6 tons.

Integration of 10% regenerated PE in production.

Objective to increase by 10% each year.

Favoring suppliers located within a 1000 km radius of production sites.
